Los últimos fines de semana han estado soleaditos, super ricos, de esas que se te antoja hacer una carnita asada y pues ayer me lance a comprar una deliciosa arrachera y pues me puse a buscar recetas para como hacer un marinado especialon. Digo a falta de asador (tuve que usar un sartén que tengo que deja el terminado tipo asador) algo especial tenia que hacerle a la carne.
Y adivinen que? Encontre una receta que dejo la carne de OMG, bueniiiisima. 100% recomendable y super facil de preparar.

The past few weekends have been sunny, warm (ish), those days whereyou actually feel like grilling a good steak and yesteday I went and buy a good Flank Steak and I search for recipes for a good marinade. As I don't have a grill and I had to replace it with my "special pan" something special I had to do to the beef right?
And guess what? I found a wonderful, delicious marinade recipe that OMG the result was a heavenly flank steak 100% recommend and super easy to prepare.
